Ami's OBX Dream Morphs Again ~Coming Spring 2024
You watched her build her beach road artisan shop. You marveled as she pivoted in 2020 to her roving artisan gallery on #Bus252. What's up next for this barrier island momprenuer... #Nomad252! A tastefully built vintage Nomad camper turned mobile beverage trailer, serving up the "buzz" at public and private events with crafty cold brew concoctions and artisan cocktail service!
A brief history in case you're new here~ Muse Originals OBX, now the Muse buzz, opened as a local artisan gallery in the historic Kitty Hawk Fire Station in 2018. When Covid hit, Owner and Curator, Ami Hill decided in 2020 to take her eclectic mix of local artists on the road! Her original dream of opening a local art gallery with the mission to help local artists sell and promote their craft, came to fruition when she opened her doors in early spring of 2018. But due to Covid and a little time to rethink her goals and mission she decided to upcycle a school bus into an art gallery. She spent 3 years facilitating over 200 artisans by providing pop up market opportunities from Hatteras to Corolla. Brining a colorful array of local art and an eclectic mix of makers in a perfect mix for the art lover, bringing the art to the people in her 35 foot long roving skoolie art gallery!
Ami's eclectic skoolie art gallery remains in limbo for 2024... but stay tuned, she might just surprise everyone again!
