OBX inspired roving art gallery * An eclectic mix of local art popping up on the obx
Ami's OBX Dream Continues...2020 Style
Formerly located in the historic Kitty Hawk Fire Station, Owner and Curator, Ami Hill decided in 2020 to take her eclectic mix of local artists on the road! Her original dream of opening a local art gallery with the mission to help local artists sell and promote their craft, came to fruition when she opened her doors in early spring of 2018. But due to Covid and a little time to rethink her goals and mission she decided to upcycle a school bus into an art gallery. She now assists over 70 artisans providing the area and the region with an array of local art that is an eclectic mix perfect for the art lover, bringing the art to the people in her 35 foot long roving skoolie art gallery!
Ami's eclectic skoolie art gallery is popping up and displaying a revolving mix of local art and gifts for sale at restaurants and other locales around the Outer Banks with plans to expand regionally in the Fall!
